Salesperson Prelicensing Course Registration

Should you decide to take our class(es), please complete and submit the online registration form(s) below. We recommend registering early to ensure a spot in the class(es) of your choice. The Salesperson prelicensing course will acquaint students with the basics of real estate, fulfill the Hawaii Real Estate Commission's education requirements, and prepare students for the Hawaii State Licensing Exam. You must:

  1. be at least 18 years old;

  2. be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.;

  3. have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent by the licensing examination date; and

  4. have command of the English language.

The Salesperson Candidate Course involves 60 classroom hours and students are expected to attend all hours of instruction.

Total Course Cost: $500.00 (Includes Textbook, Tax, and Registration Fee)
